Chefs at sea 2025
On June 11th and 12th, we had the pleasure of hosting renowned chef Priscilla Lebon during Chefs atSea event by JRE association. Over these two inspiring days, we explored local ingredients, immersed ourselves in culture, and learned new culinary techniques.
Our journey began with a visit to Eko Škoj, a family-run organic farm dedicated to sustainable farming. The fresh produce and traditional methods showcased the importance of local, organic food. We then enjoyed a sightseeing tour of historic Korčula, taking in its medieval walls and charming streets, while Chef Priscilla shared insights into regional flavors.
The highlight was her masterclass at LD Garden, where she demonstrated fermentation techniques. Attendees learned how to make fermented vegetables and other probiotic-rich foods, gaining practical skills and a deeper appreciation for this ancient art.
Hosting Chef Priscilla Lebon was truly inspiring, emphasizing the value of local ingredients and traditional culinary methods. We’re grateful for her visit and look forward to more exciting events in the future!
