CHEFS AT SEA 2026

On May 20th, we had the distinct pleasure of hosting renowned chef Anđela Risimić during the annual "Chefs at Sea" event by the JRE (Jeunes Restaurateurs) association. For years, this brilliant pre-season initiative has been bringing together coastal JRE members and international chefs to exchange culinary knowledge, explore regional identity, and celebrate fine dining.

The absolute highlight of the day was the exclusive masterclass Chef Anđela held for our employees in the vibrant and relaxed setting of LD Garden. This year’s masterclass was all about the precision and craft of dough-making. Our team learned the intricacies of crafting perfect tortellini, which for this special occasion, were filled with traditional kulen sausage—beautifully marrying distinctive flavors with refined culinary techniques.

Following the productive masterclass, our inspiring journey continued on the crystal-clear waters. We treated Chef Anđela to a relaxing boat excursion aboard our lovely boat Kata, navigating through the breathtaking Korčula archipelago. It was the perfect opportunity to showcase the island lifestyle, landscape, and rich history that continually inspire our culinary philosophy.
