Marko Gajski's Coolinary Diary 2
Korčula island is full of wild herbs and plants that grow all around us that you can find among the hills, fields, olive groves or just along almost every road. 🌱
This is what I call „Pedestrian pesto“.
The process of preparing it is very simple; you need to go for a short walk and pick up some edible wild herbs (in Dalmatia we call it „mišanca“). Come back home and cook it with a couple of garlic cloves, add some nuts, salt and olive oil. Next step is to cook the pasta you prefer and mix it with „mišanca“.
And Voila!
You have a quick, tasty and healthy lunch. 💛
Enjoy! 😍
