The experience ends with a localized shoulder and spinal compress containing Thai herbs including lemongrass, turmeric and plai.

The experience begins with a grounding foot ritual, including a finely ground olive seed exfoliation, followed by foot reflexology using a refreshing blend of six essential oils. It continues with a signature leg massage incorporating pressure-point techniques to support circulation and overall wellbeing, and concludes with a relaxing massage of the shoulders, neck, and head.
